  Excellent service, friendly environment, and great food. Best burger I've ever had hands down. Carls Jr. New fav burger joint. Thanks for establishing such a fantastic restaurant.

  Employees are openly arguing in front of the customers. Apparently the "manager" was too busy sitting in the office not working while the drive thru was backed up and also backed up inside.

  Got a 4 for $4. Cashier knows what "all the way means." Burgers didn't come with tomatoes or lettuce. When I asked for them, a female worker said it didn't come with them. I told her that he should have told us that. They charged me .35 EACH for 3 tomatoes and 3 pieces of lettuce. We won't be going back there in Kyle. I told her, "oh, so that's how to make your money." She proceeded to be rude and look at my mother in a bad way when she walked by our table to go to the restroom. (1/27/2017 11:15 am.) I used to really like Carl's in San Marcos. This was the first time in Kyle. Never again. Food was good after the extra purchase, but they need much nicer staff.
