  We have been Dickey's customers for many years. We moved to Kyle three years ago.
  We have watched your Kyle store go slowly downhill during that time. Your product is mishandled and quality suffers. Employees have little training and no apparent supervision.
  The last two times we picked up orders to go the brisket had been left out to dry to cardboard. The employee seemed to only know how to chunk up the meat when sliced brisket had been ordered. Then used scraps to complete the weight. It was a mess. wound up just making chopped beef out of it, but it was so dry and tasteless it got thrown away.
  
  It does no good to try to talk politely with the employees. They won't make eye contact and do everything possible to minimize customer contact, often ignoring the next customer in line in order to have conversations with other employees.
  This is not a one time experience, but rather a pattern of behavior that continues to get worse.
  We will not waste any more money on substandard product and service at this location.

  Barbecue was good. The place was clean and service ok. We have only done late at night when it is not crowded. I would go again. I like not standing in line for barbecue.
